NetLink received reports of a fibre service disruption at around 1700 hours. About 600 end-users’ fibre broadband services may have been affected by this incident.

We have deployed our recovery team onsite and fibre service restoration is underway. Services will be progressively restored this evening.

We are working with all relevant parties including the Internet Service Providers to ensure that the service to the affected areas will be restored as soon as possible.
