NetLink confirms that the fibre service disruption affecting parts of Hougang was resolved at 2022 hours on 20 May 2020.
Preliminary investigation reveals that the disruption was caused by a third-party contractor not working for NetLink.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused and will continue to work closely with all relevant parties to support end-users who may still be experiencing service difficulties.
