UPDATE ON FIBRE SERVICE DISRUPTION AFFECTING JURONG WEST

NetLink has experienced a fibre service outage which has affected broadband services in parts of Jurong West.  Approximately 1000 end-user connections may be affected by this incident.

Our recovery team is in the process of restoring the fibre services. The estimated time of recovery is later tonight.  If your service is affected by this incident, we apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience while we work with your Internet Service Providers to restore your service as soon as possible.
