NetLink Trust’s recovery team has worked into the night to restore more than 50% of the network connections that were damaged by a fibre cable cut incident at Toa Payoh. Approximately 900 end-user connections were affected by this incident.

Restoration work is progressing well and we are on track to recover the affected service by early tomorrow morning.

If your service is affected by the incident, we apologise for the inconvenience caused. You can monitor our website (www.netlinktrust.com), where updates will be posted as soon as verified information becomes available.

For more details on fibre cut restoration, please see the FAQ page, under Network Outages.
