NetLink has experienced a fibre service outage which has affected broadband services in some parts of Jurong West and Boon Lay. Approximately 1100 end-user connections may be affected by this incident.
Our recovery team is in the progress of restoring the damaged cables and the recovery work is expected to be completed tonight.
