NetLink has experienced a fibre service outage which has affected broadband services in some parts of Jurong West and Boon Lay. Approximately 1100 end-user connections may be affected by this incident.
Our recovery team is in the progress of restoring the damaged cables and the recovery work is expected to be completed tonight. If your service is affected by the incident, we apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience while we work with your Internet Service Provider to restore your service as soon as possible.
