NetLink has experienced a fibre service outage which has affected some broadband services in parts of Ang Mo Kio, Sengkang and Punggol. Approximately 500 end-user connections may be affected by this incident.
The fibre service disruption was caused by a third party's contractor carrying out construction activity. The errant third-party contractor was not engaged by NetLink.
