UPDATE ON FIBRE SERVICE DISRUPTION AFFECTING SERVICES IN SERANGOON

NetLink Trust has experienced a fibre service outage which has affected broadband services in some parts of Serangoon. Approximately 300 end-user connections may be affected by this incident.
Our recovery team is in the process of restoring the fibre services. The recovery process is expected to be completed by the end of today. If your service is affected by the incident, we apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience while we work with your Internet Service Provider to restore your service as soon as possible.
