UPDATE ON FIBRE SERVICE DISRUPTION AFFECTING SERVICES IN WHITLEY, JALAN NOVENA AND THOMSON ROAD

NetLink has experienced a fibre service outage which has affected broadband services in some parts of Whitley, Jalan Novena and Thomson Road.  Approximately 250 end-user connections may be affected by this incident.

Our recovery team is in the process of restoring the fibre services. The estimated time of recovery is later tonight. If your service is affected by the incident, we apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience while we work with your Internet Service Providers to restore your service as soon as possible.
