If you require NetLink Trust to install, relocate within the same premises, repair/replace or remove your Fibre Termination Point (FTP), please fill up this form. Once submitted, we will follow up with a SMS/email notification for you to make an upfront payment within 3 working days. Upon the receipt of payment, we will proceed to book an appointment based on your selected date (subject to availability). In the event of unavailability, we will contact you to select an alternative date. Once the appointment is confirmed, we will notify you via SMS/email.

Before submitting your booking request, please take note of the following:

  • The installation will be carried out by NetLink Trust's contractors, identifiable by their NetLink Trust ID badge and t-shirt. The installation typically takes 1 to 2 hours for high-rise premises and up to 4 hours for landed properties.

  • NetLink Trust provides standard surface trunking for fibre installation. Homeowners must engage their own contractors for cable concealment or non-standard trunking. If concealment work is needed, it must be completed before the installation. Our contractors typically require 20mm or 50mm uPVC conduit(s) and a draw or pull string to run the fibre optic cable through the concealed area to the termination point.

This form only allows you to cancel appointments that were previously booked through NetLink Trust. If you have previously booked your appointment through your Internet Service Provider (ISP), please approach them for cancellation; your ISP will follow-up with us subsequently.

Upon receiving your request, we will reply you via email within 3 working days to confirm the cancellation of appointment.

This form only allows you to reschedule appointments that were previously booked through NetLink Trust. If you have previously booked your appointment through your Internet Service Provider (ISP), please approach them to reschedule; your ISP will follow-up with us subsequently.

All reschedule requests must be submitted 3 working days in advance. Upon receiving your request, we will reply you via email within 3 working days to confirm the rescheduled appointment (subject to availability).

Note: In the case of postponement, your preferred rescheduled date must be at least 3 working days from today. If your preferred date does not meet this requirement, please submit your reschedule request via this website’s live chat instead.
Your schedule request must be submitted 3 working days in advance. If you choose to postpone your appointment, the new date must be at least 3 working days away from today.
These lead-in pipes are a requisite for the running of NetLink Trust’s fibre cables from the manhole to the fibre box in the gate pillar. Without these lead-in pipes, Netlink Trust is unable to proceed with the fibre installation.
As a homeowner, we recommend your presence during the installation process. Alternatively, you may appoint a person aged 18 years or above to oversee the installation. Please complete the Owner Authorisation Form and email us 3 working days before the scheduled appointment.
