SYSTEM UPGRADE NOTICE

NetLink Trust will be conducting a major system upgrade.  In support of this effort, booking of appointments for fibre service activations to be scheduled between 23 April 2026 and 30 April 2026 will not be available.  Please select an appointment date outside this period.  Existing fibre services will not be affected.  We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.

FIBRE SERVICE DISRUPTION AFFECTING YISHUN

NetLink has experienced a fibre service outage which has affected some broadband services in parts of Yishun.  Approximately 370 end-user connections may be affected by this incident.  If your service is affected by the incident, we apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience while we work with your Internet Service Providers to restore your service as soon as possible.
