NetLink Trust previously paid for the installation of telecommunication infrastructure (e.g., fibre, ducts and manholes). In cases where re-development or third-party works impact these assets, the cost of diversion / decommissioning is chargeable to the requester.
No, the fibre, ducts and manholes are NetLink Trust's assets. Any diversion, decommissioning, removal, or reconnection works must be carried out by NetLink Trust (or its appointed contractors) in accordance with regulatory requirements.
NetLink Trust’s contractual arrangement is with the invoiced party. Any commercial agreement between the builder and developer is outside of NetLink Trust’s scope.
No, payment must be made via bank transfer.
No, all telecommunication infrastructure (including fibre, ducts and manholes within the site) must be decommissioned / diverted before the commencement of demolition or any works that may affect it. Developers / builders may be liable for the damaged infrastructure.
The quoted amount reflects the work required on site and therefore cannot be reduced.
