SYSTEM UPGRADE NOTICE

NetLink Trust will be conducting a major system upgrade.  In support of this effort, booking of appointments for fibre service activations to be scheduled between 23 April 2026 and 3 May 2026 will not be available.  Please select an appointment date outside this period.  Existing fibre services will not be affected.  We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.

FIBRE SERVICES AT ANG MO KIO, BISHAN, SENGKANG AND PUNGGOL FULLY RESTORED

NetLink Trust confirms that fibre services affected by the earlier disruption in parts of Ang Mo Kio, Bishan, Sengkang and Punggol were fully restored at 0700 hours. 

The disruption was caused by damage to fibre infrastructure during third-party construction works. We take incidents affecting essential telecommunications services seriously and are conducting a thorough review. Appropriate follow-up actions will be taken after investigations are completed.

Our teams worked through the night to restore services as quickly and safely as possible.  We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and thank affected end users for their patience and understanding.

End users who continue to experience service issues are advised to contact their respective Internet Service Providers for further assistance.
