SYSTEM UPGRADE NOTICE

NetLink Trust will be conducting a major system upgrade.  In support of this effort, booking of appointments for fibre service activations to be scheduled between 23 April 2026 and 3 May 2026 will not be available.  Please select an appointment date outside this period.  Existing fibre services will not be affected.  We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.

FIBRE SERVICES AT BEDOK RESTORED

NetLink confirms that the fibre service disruption was resolved at 2100 hours.

The fibre service disruption was caused by a third-party contractor carrying out construction activity. The errant third-party contractor was not engaged by NetLink. We take a serious view of such disruption in services caused by errant contractors. We are investigating this matter and will take all necessary actions against the errant party.

The NetLink team worked closely with all relevant parties to ensure that the service to the affected area was restored as soon as possible. Individuals in the affected area can call your respective Internet Service Providers should there be further enquiries.
