SYSTEM UPGRADE NOTICE

NetLink Trust will be conducting a major system upgrade.  In support of this effort, booking of appointments for fibre service activations to be scheduled between 23 April 2026 and 30 April 2026 will not be available.  Please select an appointment date outside this period.  Existing fibre services will not be affected.  We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.

NetLink Trust confirms that the fibre service disruption was resolved at 2325 hours. Our team worked closely with all relevant parties to ensure services were restored to the affected areas as quickly as possible.  Individuals in the affected areas can call your respective Internet Service Providers should there be further enquiries.
