SYSTEM UPGRADE NOTICE

NetLink Trust will be conducting a major system upgrade.  In support of this effort, booking of appointments for fibre service activations to be scheduled between 23 April 2026 and 3 May 2026 will not be available.  Please select an appointment date outside this period.  Existing fibre services will not be affected.  We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.

FIBRE SERVICES AT JURONG WEST AND BOON LAY RESTORED

NetLink confirms that the fibre service disruption was resolved at 8.54 PM.

The disruption was caused by fibre breakage during cable recovery work. The NetLink team worked closely with all relevant parties to ensure that the service to the affected areas was restored as soon as possible. Individuals in the affected areas can call your respective Internet Service Providers should there be further enquiries.
