FIBRE SERVICES AT TOA PAYOH RESTORED

NetLink Trust has restored fibre services affected by the earlier disruption in Toa Payoh.  Services were restored at 0125 hours on 11 September 2026.

The disruption was caused by damage to fibre infrastructure during construction works carried out by a third party.  Our teams worked through the night to restore services as quickly as possible. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and thank affected end users for their patience and understanding.

NetLink Trust takes any damage to essential telecommunications infrastructure seriously.  We are conducting a thorough review of the incident and will take appropriate follow-up actions after investigations are completed.  End users who are still experiencing connectivity issues should contact their Internet Service Provider for assistance.
