UPDATE ON FIBRE SERVICE DISRUPTION AFFECTING PASIR RIS

NetLink Trust has experienced a fibre service outage which has affected broadband services in some parts of Pasir Ris.  Approximately 750 end-user connections may be affected by this incident. 

The fibre service disruption was caused by a third-party contractor carrying out construction activity.  The errant third-party contractor was not engaged by NetLink Trust. We take a serious view of such disruption in services caused by errant contractors and will not hesitate to take necessary actions against the errant party.

Our recovery team is in the process of restoring the fibre services and the estimated time of recovery is tonight. If your service is affected by the incident, we apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience while we work with your Internet Service Provider to restore your service as soon as possible.
