SYSTEM UPGRADE NOTICE

NetLink Trust will be conducting a major system upgrade.  In support of this effort, booking of appointments for fibre service activations to be scheduled between 23 April 2026 and 30 April 2026 will not be available.  Please select an appointment date outside this period.  Existing fibre services will not be affected.  We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.

UPDATE ON FIBRE SERVICE DISRUPTION AFFECTING SERVICES IN BISHAN

NetLink Trust has experienced a fibre service outage which has affected broadband services in some parts of Bishan. Approximately 450 end-user connections may be affected by this incident. 

Our recovery team is in the process of restoring the fibre services. The recovery process is expected to be completed by early Wednesday morning, 27 November 2024. If your service is affected by the incident, we apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience while we work with your Internet Service Provider to restore your service as soon as possible.
