SYSTEM UPGRADE NOTICE

NetLink Trust will be conducting a major system upgrade.  In support of this effort, booking of appointments for fibre service activations to be scheduled between 23 April 2026 and 3 May 2026 will not be available.  Please select an appointment date outside this period.  Existing fibre services will not be affected.  We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.

UPDATE ON FIBRE SERVICE OUTAGE AT ANG MO KIO, BISHAN, SENGKANG AND PUNGGOL

NetLink Trust continues restoration works following the fibre service outage affecting broadband services in parts of Ang Mo Kio, Bishan, Sengkang and Punggol.

Our technical teams are on-site and working through the night to complete repair works and progressively restore affected services as quickly and safely as possible.  Some affected connections have already been restored, with more customers expected to be progressively reconnected as restoration works continue.

At this time, full restoration remains expected by tomorrow morning, barring unforeseen circumstances.  We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and thank affected end users for their patience and understanding.
